Job summary

VytlOne, a national independent pharmacy solutions partner, seeks a Principal Business Analyst to lead pricing analysis for PBM contracts, including pass-through and traditional models. You will collaborate across pricing, finance, clinical, sales, and account management to develop market-based pricing strategies and financial models.

The role requires strong Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills to deliver forecasts, RFP analyses, and ad-hoc reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong analytical focus.
• 8+ years of analytical/financial analysis experience for PBM services.
• Experience with PBM contract types and pricing models.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills; data visualization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy for PBM opportunities across traditional and pass-through models.
• Coordinate with Pricing, Finance, Clinical, Sales/Account Management to set market pricing.
• Develop financial models and ad-hoc reports to support pricing decisions.
• Prepare and present pricing scenarios to senior leadership.
