VytlOne seeks a Manager of Pricing and Underwriting to lead the pricing and underwriting team across PBM and health plan pricing initiatives. The role focuses on developing pricing strategies, building analytical tools, and supporting client engagements while driving company profitability.

The position is remote within the Continental US, offering advanced analytics, collaboration with executives, and mentoring a growing pricing team toward market-leading results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Experience leading pricing/underwriting projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience building financial models and presenting business cases to executives.
• Proven ability to interpret contracting language and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and underwriting team members and policies.
• Develop and implement pricing models and underwriting tools.
• Present deals and pricing strategies to executives.
• Coordinate pricing strategy with sales, networks, and account management.
