Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, IT, PM, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of implementation/leadership experience.
• Experience leading large-scale client implementations in healthcare/pharmacy benefits.
• Strong governance and delivery management background.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of all client implementation engagements.
• Establish implementation governance frameworks, including reporting, risk management, issue resolution, decision tracking, and escalation.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Lead resource forecasting, staffing, and capacity planning across implementation teams.
• Develop implementation methodologies, playbooks, tools, and best practices.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide insights on trends, risks, and improvements.
• Provide leadership for implementation managers, project managers, and consultants.
