Job summary

Imagine360 is seeking a Sr. Manager, PBM Client Implementation to lead our client-facing implementation team through end-to-end delivery of PBM services.

You will coordinate plan administration, benefit documentation, claims configuration, eligibility, ID cards, and plan documents to ensure on-time implementation. This remote role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to drive collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Data Ops, and Claims Ops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in PBM/healthcare.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans for PBM and Navigation implementations.
• Coordinate internal teams and clients to meet milestones on schedule.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and regular status updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate client implementation calls and review required information.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to stay on track.
• Provide updates to leadership on status, risks, and resolutions.
• Prepare detailed reports on performance, deliverables, and timelines.
• Serve as primary client contact for implementations.
• Document requirements and processes for setting up new products and external vendors.
• Maintain accurate process documentation, including SOPs.
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and quality.
• Review and validate deliverables against client requirements.
