Job summary

EPIC is seeking a Senior Director, Implementations to lead successful client implementations with governance and continuous improvement across the portfolio. You will translate strategy into scalable processes, partner with Sales, Product, Consulting, Operations, Analytics, and external partners to ensure outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings extensive implementation leadership, governance, and people leadership in a fast-paced healthcare- and PBM-focused environment, driving client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of all client implementations.
• Establish governance, risk, issue, and escalation processes.
• Monitor portfolio health and ensure quality and contractual obligations.
• Provide leadership to managers, PMs, BAs, and consultants.
