Job summary

Dental Revenue Group, the dental business of Physicians Revenue Group, Inc., is hiring a Director to design the operating model and build a partner network to support a scalable dental services platform. You will lead go-to-market efforts alongside the executive team and drive the program from inception toward full-scale operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in dental operations, including 5+ years in a dental support organization or multi-location dental group at director level or above.
• Experience building a function or business line from an early stage, including hiring and leading a team.
• Working command of dental revenue cycle, payer contracting, practice management systems and practice economics.

Responsibilities

• Design the operating model for the complete dental authority, including services, delivery, and proof of impact.
• Build the partner network (labs, distributors, manufacturers, lenders, brokers, tech and education providers).
• Negotiate group agreements to justify the financial case for joining us.
• Launch back-office and practice support services (credentialing, compliance, administration, financial ops).
• Develop the practice transition and capital offering (valuation, buyer matching, lender relationships).
• Be the industry face: engage dental societies, study clubs, associations, and industry events.
• Shape training curricula for front offices, billing teams, and leaders; collaborate with technology on product needs.
• Hire and lead the program team; design the org as it scales.
