Stone Alliance Group is seeking a Senior Director, Marketing & Growth for a remote role, partnering with the Founder & CEO to translate vision into a measurable marketing plan that drives growth. This is not a traditional corporate role; it's for a strategic leader who can roll up their sleeves.

The client is a fast-growing, founder-led protein snacking brand known for great taste, clean nutrition, and a big personality.

Competenze

• 10+ years in consumer marketing, ideally in CPG, food, snacking or wellness.
• Experience in a high-growth, founder-led or entrepreneurial environment.
• A track record of growing brands with measurable results.
• Strength across retail, e-commerce and DTC, including performance marketing and analytics.
• Experience leading teams, managing agencies and launching new products.
• Equally comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution.

Mansioni

• Lead the team with three director-level leads and build the capabilities we're missing.
• Own the marketing plan by building the annual strategy and budget, balancing long-term brand building with near-term growth.
• Grow the portfolio by sharpening positioning across existing product lines and guiding GTM for launches.
• Make every dollar work by building ROI measurement, dashboards and a test-learn-scale approach.
• Win at retail and online by partnering with Sales to drive velocity at key retailers and accelerating Amazon, DTC and TikTok Shop.
• Build buzz by leading social, influencer and creator strategy to grow reach and engagement.
• Be a leadership partner by contributing to company growth planning and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
