Qualifications

• 10+ years in consumer marketing, ideally in CPG, food, snacking or wellness.
• Experience in a high-growth, founder-led or entrepreneurial environment.
• A track record of growing brands with measurable results.
• Strength across retail, e-commerce and DTC, including performance marketing and analytics.
• Experience leading teams, managing agencies and launching new products.
• Equally comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and set priorities for director-level leads.
• Own the marketing plan by building annual strategy and budget.
• Grow the portfolio by sharpening positioning and leading GTM for launches.
• Make every dollar count by building ROI dashboards and test-learn-scale.
• Win at retail and online by partnering with Sales to drive velocity at retailers and on platforms (Amazon, DTC, TikTok Shop).
• Build buzz through social, influencer and creator strategy to grow reach and engagement.
• Be a leadership partner and collaborate with the broader organization to support business success.
