Stone Alliance Group is seeking a Senior Director, Marketing & Growth for a fast-growing, founder-led protein snacking brand. This fully remote role partners with the Founder & CEO to translate vision into a clear, measurable marketing plan that fuels growth, brand momentum and product direction.

You will lead the marketing team, own the annual strategy and budget, sharpen positioning for existing lines and new innovations, and drive GTM for launches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consumer marketing for CPG, food, or wellness.
• Experience in high-growth, founder-led environments.
• Proven track record growing brands with measurable results.
• Strong leadership across retail, e-commerce, and DTC.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing team and set priorities.
