• Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-volume transaction processing.
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Engineering - Registration and Enrollment to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This leader will oversee a high-impact engineering organization that supports member registration, enrollment, and eligibility verification within a healthcare access environment. The role will shape the technology direction for these critical onboarding experiences while partnering closely with product, analytics, and client-facing teams to improve completion rates and operational outcomes. It is a strategic leadership position focused on scaling reliable, compliant platforms and developing engineering leaders for future growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $220,000 annually
