Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience managing large teams.
• Proven success leading organizations of 30+ engineers.
• Experience building and scaling healthcare access platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-volume transaction processing.
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams focused on enrollment and eligibility verification
• Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for enrollment platforms
• Drive onboarding experiences to maximize enrollment completion rates
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and client management teams to enhance member onboarding outcomes
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, and compliance standards are met
• Establish architectural standards to support future growth and business needs
• Mentor engineering leaders and foster a culture of accountability and improvement
