Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Director of Actuarial – Risk Adjustment to lead the ACA risk adjustment function, forecast financials, and deliver insights to executive leadership. The role oversees analytics across Finance, Market P&L, Risk Adjustment Operations, Medical Economics, and Data Science, reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Actuarial.

The position is fully remote for U.S. residents (excluding certain states) with travel for meetings and events; base pay scales by location

Qualifications

• 12+ years of quantitative analysis in the healthcare industry.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership committees.
• Strong pricing analytics and ACA risk adjustment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead ACA risk adjustment financial reporting and forecasting.
• Develop insights on risk scores and adjustment performance.
• Coordinate market morbidity analysis with external stakeholders.
• Present forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build partnerships across Finance, Risk Adjustment Ops, and Market P&L.
• Direct analytics initiatives shaping pricing, growth and network strategy.
