Great Minds, a remote-friendly education publisher, seeks a Senior Director of Product Management for Math. You will own the strategy and execution of the Math portfolio, guiding cross-functional teams from concept to launch to improve student outcomes.

You will partner with content, research, and digital teams to apply instructional research, equity, and rigorous pedagogy across products, ensuring scalable impact in classrooms nationwide.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in education publishing with product development and project management.
• 5 years in supervisory roles leading and developing teams.
• Strong background in product management, preferably K-12 math education.
• Deep respect for knowledge-building pedagogy and instructional design.
• Proven ability to build, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Math product portfolio vision aligned to student outcomes.
• Define strategy, roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market plans for all math products.
• Lead portfolio decisions on state adoptions, bundles, and large-district opportunities.
• Collaborate with content and research teams to reflect instructional models in design.
• Develop investment cases with finance for market sizing, scope, and budget.
• Manage budget, performance metrics, and timely delivery within budget.
• Identify strategic issues and resolve risks impacting goals.
• Partner with marketing, sales, services, and supply chain for GTM and pricing.
• Own post-launch performance: adoption, usage, retention, renewal; drive improvements.
• Lead and develop the math portfolio team of product managers.
