Great Minds is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for Math to own strategy and execution across the Math portfolio. You will lead the vision from concept through launch, coordinating with content, research, and digital teams to ensure instructional outcomes drive every product decision.

The role requires a track record of building high-performing teams in K-12 math education and delivering complex portfolios with urgency, rigor, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in education publishing/product leadership preferred.
• Experience leading and developing teams in K-12 math-focused products.
• Proven ability to translate research into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Math product portfolio vision and strategy.
• Lead roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market planning for all math products in the portfolio.
• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with instructional research and student outcomes.
• Partner with content and research teams to embed evidence-based design in products.
• Manage investment strategy, budgets, and financial analyses for the portfolio.
• Oversee post-launch performance metrics and ongoing portfolio evolution.
