Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Director of Learning Experience Design Math to champion the pedagogical vision for mathematics across our portfolio. The role leads a team of Learning Experience Designers to transform research on student learning into differentiated, engaging digital experiences and measurable outcomes.

As a remote-first leader, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure our math resources meet high standards of efficacy, usability, and equity-driven

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Learning Experience Design or educational content development.
• 3+ years leading or managing teams in iterative, fast-paced product development.
• 3+ years of K-12 classroom teaching experience (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience using data, analytics, and codesign to guide product iterations and design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Champion product taste and set a high benchmark for efficacy, usability, and engagement in math learning experiences.
• Translate vision into artifacts: drive development of instructional artifacts reflecting learning science and equity-driven pedagogy.
• Drive discovery with cross-functional partners to design based on teacher and student feedback.
• Create learning experiences including gamified student-facing solutions and teacher-directed learning resources.
• Lead formative research and establish robust content creation feedback loops.
• Leverage learning science to develop briefs, logic models, and post-release efficacy research.
