Job summary

Happy Money is seeking a Head of Customer Operations to lead Loan Fulfillment, Customer Experience, and Collections. You will own the end-to-end operations, drive efficiency, and optimize verification and funding processes while managing third-party vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in loan operations, servicing, verifications, and collections.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing high-performing operational teams.
• Experience in FinTech, consumer lending, personal loans, or high-growth financial services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive operational strategy across loan fulfillment, customer experience, and collections.
• Optimize application-to-funding journey and verification processes to increase pull-through and reduce friction.
• Lead vendor and partner management to ensure performance and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement automation and analytics to improve efficiency and fraud prevention.
