You will define the long-term vision, oversee tools like the Global Launch Planning Tool, and partner with global and regional teams to ensure data-driven, consistent launch practices while guiding a high-performing team through enterprise-wide adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Launch Excellence, Commercial Strategy, or related biopharma functions.
• Deep expertise in launch planning, commercialization, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Experience with digital platforms and data-driven solutions.
• Global operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision and roadmap for Launch Excellence capabilities.
• Oversee development and governance of launch tools like the Global Launch Planning Tool, playbooks, and frameworks.
• Partner with global, regional, and market teams to ensure consistent, data-driven launch practices.
