Job summary

Thorne seeks a Senior Director, Integrated Marketing & Strategy, reporting to the SVP Brand & GTM. This remote role leads translating brand strategy into full-funnel campaigns, coordinating Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Product Marketing and more to deliver cohesive customer experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with disciplined execution and 10+ years in integrated marketing, delivering growth across digital, retail, healthcare or ecommerce sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing.
• Experience leading cross-functional integrated campaigns across digital, retail, healthcare and/or ecommerce.
• Significant experience developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Paid Media, CRM, Social, PR, Content, Influencer, Retail, and Ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy into integrated marketing plans across channels.
• Own integrated marketing calendar and alignment across teams.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and planning meetings.
• Partner with Analytics to define KPIs and measures.
• Drive omnichannel campaigns from awareness to retention.
• Identify risks and drive solutions to keep initiatives on track.
