Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in U.S. healthcare client-facing IT roles.
• 8 years leading enterprise software implementations and cross-functional delivery.
• 8 years managing complex healthcare IT projects and customer escalations.
• 6 years coordinating U.S. healthcare data exchanges incl. HIPAA EDI 278/837 including provider files.

Responsibilities

• Lead Professional Services team to provide implementation services to customers.
• Manage and oversee multiple implementation projects.
• Handle customer escalations with action plans and communications.
• Hire, mentor, and develop Implementation Services team.
• Collaborate with Customer Account management to service high-priority accounts.
• Educate client managers on Cotiviti products and solutions.
• Build strong relationships across client teams and Cotiviti.
