The role sits at the center of national growth through acquisitions, partnerships, and new market entry, reporting to Daniel Rothman. The position emphasizes building valuation models, leading diligence, and preparing board materials, with high visibility to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or corporate development (Senior Manager: 3+ years; Director: 5+ years).
• Ability to build and defend a DCF and other valuation analyses.
• Advanced Excel modeling with three-statement models and scenario analysis.
• Healthcare or provider services M&A interest is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Build and own valuation analyses for acquisition and partnership targets (DCF, comps, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution).
• Construct and maintain detailed operating and deal models in Excel.
• Lead due diligence workstreams with cross-functional teams; synthesize findings for decisions.
• Prepare investment memos, board materials, and executive presentations.
• Support deal execution: LOI and term sheet analytics; working capital and earnout structuring.
