Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year clinic growth strategy across existing and new markets.
• Identify expansion opportunities (de novo sites, partnerships, acquisitions).
• Build financial models and investment cases for capital allocation decisions.
• Own clinic KPIs including volume, revenue, margin, quality, and access.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across clinical, finance, people, and technology teams.
• Build and develop a high-performing strategy and operations team.
