Ladders is seeking a Sr. Director, Strategy & Execution to shape go-to-market direction across routes to market and translate enterprise objectives into strategic roadmaps. The role partners with senior leadership to drive growth and disciplined execution across a complex commercial org. Location: Remote - US-based candidates only.

Compensation: $160,000–$200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship not available. You will lead planning cycles, investment decisions, and operating cadence to accelerate

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or strategy.
• MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in strategy, go-to-market, or commercial roles.
• Senior leadership experience in B2B or B2B2C environments.

• Own the go-to-market strategy across all routes, translating corporate objectives into strategic roadmaps.
• Lead the strategic planning cycle, aligning priorities and investments with growth objectives.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership, ensuring coherence across functions and regions.
• Manage the long-range plan, including growth narratives and investment cases.
• Identify and prioritize core growth opportunities, overseeing their development and performance tracking.
• Design and run the operating cadence for the commercial organization, ensuring accountability and pace.
• Lead cross-functional programs and initiatives, coordinating dependencies across teams.
