Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Total Rewards and HRIS to lead global compensation, benefits, and HR analytics. The role oversees pay structures, incentive plans, mobility, and communication strategies while driving HRIS initiatives.

The candidate should have 12+ years in compensation and benefits leadership (or 10+ with an MS/MBA), strong expertise in executive compensation and regulatory compliance, and proven leadership in global organizations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 12+ years or MS/MBA with 10+ years in compensation and benefits leadership, ideally within a public life sciences or biotech company.
• Experience in executive compensation, regulatory compliance, and HRIS (e.g., UKG).
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and administration of pay structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
• Manage compliance, executive compensation, mobility, and communication strategies.
