Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead enterprise-wide sourcing for a U.S.-based healthcare IT software company.

You will own strategy, negotiations, and supplier performance across cloud/SaaS, professional services, and contingent labor. You will manage a team of four buyers, partner with cross-functional budget owners, and deliver executive-level reporting to drive savings, risk management, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience with supplier negotiations.
• Experience in enterprise software / SaaS / technology; healthcare IT preferred.
• Direct leadership of a team with four buyers; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations across high-impact categories.
• Own negotiation strategy, RFP/RFQ processes, and contracting approaches.
• Act as executive owner for key suppliers; implement SRM scorecards.
• Partner with cross-functional budget owners to align sourcing with plans.
• Coach and develop a team of four buyers; monitor KPIs and savings.
