Job summary

Procore is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Account Management for General Contractors to lead and grow our Commercial GC sales team. This role can be remote from any US location and reports to the VP, General Contractor Sales. Immediate hire for a high-performance, scalable sales culture.

You will drive strategy, recruit and coach managers, and ensure consistent pipeline and forecast accuracy while collaborating with partners and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in quota-carrying software sales (SaaS)
• 5+ years of management experience
• Track record hiring, developing, and promoting account managers and sales leaders
• Proven experience selling via discovery and value-based selling
• Experience using a sales methodology and Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial General Contractors Account Management team to drive sales and reduce churn.
• Implement processes, training, and initiatives to exceed goals.
• Attract, hire, and retain high-performing Sales Managers and Account Managers.
• Provide training and support on Procore's products and best practices.
• Identify high-value projects and drive them to completion.
• Conduct regular pipeline, forecast, and deal reviews with leadership.
