Job summary

Procore is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Account Management for General Contractors to lead and grow the Commercial General Contractors Sales team. You will drive strategy, cultivate a high-performance culture, and ensure execution against quotas across the group.

This role offers remote work from any US location and immediate start. The Senior Director will mentor managers and reps, optimize processes, and partner with sales leadership to deliver strong pipeline and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in quota-carrying software sales
• 5+ years management experience
• Experience hiring, developing, promoting account managers and sales leaders
• Proven ability selling via discovery, value selling and a rigorous process
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial General Contractors Account Management to hit quotas
• Implement processes, training, and initiatives to exceed goals
• Hire and retain high-performing Sales Managers and Account Managers
• Provide training on products and best practices for sales
• Identify high-value projects and drive them to completion
• Demonstrate leadership in cross-functional teams
• Conduct regular pipeline and deal reviews
• Help managers win deals via strategy and negotiations
• Work with leadership to ensure lead quality and follow-up
• Provide performance analysis and forecasts to sales leadership
• Identify process improvements for efficiency
• Quarterly travel to client onsite visits
• Contribute to and drive GTM strategy in the region
