Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, construction risk, insurance, or operational risk within EPC, industrial construction, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Proven track record managing large and complex insurance and risk financing programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the organization.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board on enterprise, operational, financial, contractual, and emerging risks.
• Develop risk assessments, KRIs, and executive dashboards for informed decision-making.
• Oversee insurance programs, including property, casualty, cyber, and liability, and renewals.
• Drive alternative risk financing, captive strategies, and total cost of risk analyses.
• Lead surety program management and contractor bonding strategies.
• Manage claims oversight and loss reduction initiatives; drive strategic risk early warning systems.
• Partner with Legal, Operations, Safety, and Finance to align risk with business objectives.
