SOLV Energy, a national leader in solar and energy infrastructure, seeks a Senior Director of Risk Management & Construction Risk. You will lead the ERM framework, advise executives and the Board, and shape risk strategy across insurance, captive financing, and surety for complex projects.

You will collaborate with Operations, Preconstruction, Safety and Legal to embed risk into strategy and execution, strengthening the company’s risk profile and reducing total cost of risk.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Admin, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced risk degree preferred.
• 15+ years of enterprise risk management, construction risk, or operational risk experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework and KRIs.
• Advise leadership and the Board on enterprise, operational, financial, contractual, and emerging risks.
• Develop risk assessments, risk registers and executive dashboards for decision making.
• Partner with Operations, Preconstruction, Safety, Fleet, Finance, Legal to integrate risk in decisions.
• Oversee insurance programs: GL, workers' comp, auto, cyber, professional liability.
• Develop and evaluate alternative risk financing, including captives and self-insurance.
• Manage surety bonding strategy and capacity for large projects.
• Oversee claims management and loss reduction initiatives.
• Support safety, fleet, and loss prevention with data-driven insights.
• Mentor risk team and foster a proactive risk culture.
