Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA, Master’s degree in Risk Management or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management, project risk, construction risk, insurance, or operational risk within EPC, industrial construction, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and provide strategic advisory to executive leadership and the Board on risks across the business.
• Develop and maintain enterprise risk assessments, risk registers and KRIs; establish executive risk reporting and dashboards.
