Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management, project risk, construction risk, insurance, or operational risk.
• Significant experience managing large-scale insurance and risk financing programs.
• Experience with captive insurance, self-insurance, large deductible programs, or alternative risk financing structures preferred.
• Proven track record managing complex claims and litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management framework and strategic leadership across the organization.
• Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership and the Board on enterprise and operational risks.
• Develop enterprise risk assessments, risk registers, and KRIs; establish executive risk reporting dashboards.
• Partner with Operations, Preconstruction, Safety, Finance, Legal and others to embed risk planning in projects.
• Oversee insurance programs (GL, workers' comp, auto, umbrella, property, cyber, etc.) and renewals.
• Lead alternative risk financing, including captive strategies and TCOR modeling.
• Direct surety program management and bonding strategy.
• Guide claims management and loss reduction across multiple risk types.
• Collaborate with Legal on risk transfer provisions and contract risk standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing risk management team.
