Propel America is a growing nonprofit creating debt-free career pathways into healthcare for young adults from underrepresented backgrounds. We are seeking a senior philanthropy leader to own and grow a portfolio of high-value relationships and secure long-term commitments.

The role develops annual and multi-year fundraising strategies, builds development systems, and partners with the CEO on executive fundraising.

Qualifications

• Experience managing philanthropic relationships and securing multi-year commitments.
• Ability to develop annual and multi-year fundraising strategies and maintain a diversified pipeline.
• Experience building development systems and partnering with C-level executives on fundraising.
