Recidiviz is seeking a Director of Development to lead the fundraising team and secure philanthropic capital for expansion across states. This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and will own Principal Gifts and relationships with high-diligence funders.

The position targets $20M+ in philanthropic capital this year, with a path to $30M annually by 2030, balancing big bets with steady-state fundraising, and building a durable pipeline with major gifts and renewals.

Formación

• Experience leading nonprofit or for-profit fundraising teams.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and major donors.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue goals and building fundraising pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fundraising strategy and revenue targets with senior leadership.
• Own and develop high-diligence funder relationships and major gifts.
• Oversee a fundraising team, coaching and building scalable processes.
• Coordinate with Finance and Impact Analytics to optimize reporting and impact storytelling.
• Ensure timely proposals, reports, and donor communications to strengthen trust.
