Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Senior Director of Data Strategy and Information Systems to steer the organization’s data agenda and enable strategic decision making across business units. You will partner with leaders to leverage data for revenue and cost savings while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management, including data governance, quality, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or similar technical field, or equivalent combo of edu/experience.
• Master’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare or PBM industries with significant management experience.
• Extensive experience with Data Warehouse methodologies and SQL database development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment teams, and Reporting Analysts to deliver data solutions.
• Serve as primary technical rep for business units, coordinating with IT teams on security, AWS infra, and databases.
• Act as Product Owner for data initiatives across programs and projects.
• Develop and maintain data roadmaps, prioritizing data work and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and enforce data governance and data quality policies.
• Collaborate with leaders to evolve data capabilities and insights.
