Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Senior Director of Data Strategy and Information Systems to shape the data agenda across business units and enable data-driven decision making. You will partner with leaders to drive revenue and control costs, while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

You will manage data programs, development of data roadmaps, and champion evolving data capabilities across programs. This senior role requires strong leadership, communication, and a deep understanding of

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare and/or PBM industries.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Experience with Data Warehouse methodologies and SQL Server toolset.
• Experience in healthcare technology and claims adjudication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads data strategy for business units and enables data-driven decision making.
• Partners with leaders to drive revenue and cost savings while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Acts as Product Owner for data assets and manages data roadmaps.
• Oversees data governance, quality, sourcing policies, and risk management.
• Ensures data capabilities are developed and adopted across programs and projects.
• Materials governance improvements and data insights to support decision making.
• Communicates complex data concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Works with IT teams on security assessments and AWS infrastructure needs.
