Job summary

AnewHealth seeks a Senior Director of Data Strategy and Information Systems to lead data strategy across our healthcare platforms and enable data-driven decision making. You will partner with business leaders to drive revenue and cost savings while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

You will manage data programs, governance, processing, and quality control, supporting internal and external customers of our data assets. This is a remote role with a broad scope across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 10+ years in healthcare/PBM industries; extensive data warehousing and SQL experience.
• 10+ years of management experience; leading cross-functional data teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy for business units and enable data-driven decision making.
• Manage data programs, governance, quality, and sourcing policies.
• Partner with IT teams to resolve issues, security, and AWS infrastructure needs.
• Act as Product Owner liaising with data and development teams on programs.
• Develop and maintain a data roadmap with prioritized data work.
• Champion evolving data capabilities across the organization.
