Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Senior Director of Data Strategy and Information Systems to lead data strategy, empower strategic decisions, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will partner with business leaders, oversee product management and data processing, and champion data governance and quality across programs.

The role includes coordinating with IT teams, managing a data roadmap, and driving data capabilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare and/or PBM industries.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• 10+ years with Data Warehouse methodologies and SQL database development (Microsoft SQL Server tools).
• Experience in healthcare technology and online pharmacy claims adjudication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data strategy for multiple business units and enable data-driven decision making.
• Manage a team including Reporting Analysts and deployment staff, establishing best practices.
• Serve as Product Owner and coordinate with corporate data and development teams.
• Develop and maintain a data roadmap and prioritize data work to align with strategy.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and sourcing policies are followed across programs.
• Partner with business leaders to evolve data capabilities and expand data insights.
• Promote data-driven culture and standard terminology across teams.
