Job summary

3Cloud is seeking a Senior Director to lead and grow our data engineering practice with a strong Azure focus. You will oversee delivery excellence, governance, and architecture while driving taxpayer results and client satisfaction through executive sponsorship and cross-team collaboration.

You will coach teams, manage capacity, and contribute to strategic technology roadmaps, ensuring effective delivery patterns and continuous learning across the practice.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of technology leadership in a consultancy.
• Expertise in data engineering with Azure data warehousing.
• Broad experience across governance, architecture, integration, and security.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Practice area financial performance (Utilization, Margin, Investments).
• Oversee project client success with executive sponsorship engagement.
• Coach delivery teams and provide written feedback to managers.
• Partner with People Excellence to manage capacity and capability.
• Ensure learning guidelines and resources for the practice area.
• DRR & SRR review and approvals with principal architects.
• Support staffing to optimize client experience on projects.
• Drive technical excellence and review architecture on projects.
• Resolve technical escalations focusing on client experience.
