Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Senior Director, PMO - Data Center Infrastructure to lead the PMO responsible for predictable, coordinated delivery across the data center portfolio. You will align internal teams, manage priorities, risks, and execution plans, and partner with executive leadership to ensure disciplined delivery and governance.

The role requires deep experience in PMO leadership within data center infrastructure, cloud, or mission-critical environments, and a proven ability to influence

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or large-scale capital programs.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing senior PMO teams.
• Experience leading PMO in data center infrastructure, cloud, or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central coordination and alignment leader across internal teams involved in data center infrastructure delivery.
• Establish clear communication channels, decision forums, escalation paths, and operating rhythms to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Lead the PMO governance structure, cadence, executive reporting rhythm, and delivery assurance mechanisms.
• Drive adherence to PMO processes including milestone tracking, risk review, and change governance.
• Own portfolio-level visibility and develop executive dashboards and leadership reporting.
