Job summary

AFL Data Center Services in the United States seeks a PMO Director to build and lead the Project Management Office from the ground up. You will partner with the PMO Vice President to design the operating model, governance, portfolio reporting, and delivery standards, establishing a scalable, high‑performing function across the organization.

This role requires senior leadership collaboration, strong communication, and a track record of PMO growth in large infrastructure or data center programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related field.
• PMP or PgMP certification required; strong program governance experience.
• 8–10 years PMO leadership in large infrastructure or data center programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the PMO operations from the ground up with governance and intake processes.
• Partner with senior leaders to establish reporting, dashboards, and delivery standards.
• Scale PMO capabilities across geographies and customer programs.
