Job summary

Nscale is building a cutting-edge GPU cloud for AI. We seek a Senior Director, PMO - Data Center Infrastructure to lead the PMO, coordinate multi-site programs, and ensure disciplined delivery across data center initiatives.

This role partners with Engineering, Construction, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and other leaders to align priorities and drive execution in a fast-scaling environment. You will own governance, reporting, risk management, and executive communication, shaping the operating

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership or infrastructure delivery.
• 5+ years of people leadership, managing senior program managers or PMO teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale data center, hyperscale, cloud, or mission-critical infrastructure programs.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across matrixed organizations.
• Experience executing portfolio governance, reporting, risk review, and change governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central coordination and alignment leader across internal teams involved in data center infrastructure delivery.
• Build trusted partnerships with functional leaders across Development, Engineering, Construction, Power, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Network, Operations, Security, Project Controls, and Commercial teams.
• Establish clear communication channels, decision forums, escalation paths, and operating rhythms to keep stakeholders aligned across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Drive alignment on program priorities, delivery milestones, ownership, dependencies, risk mitigation plans, and executive decisions.
• Translate complex inputs into clear, actionable plans and decision points for leadership.
• Lead the Data Center Infrastructure PMO, governance, cadence, and reporting.
• Ensure PMO adherence to processes for milestone tracking, risk review, change governance, and dependency management.
• Maintain documentation of decisions, actions, and owners across stakeholder groups.
