Job summary

Onnit Labs, Inc. is seeking a Content Senior Director to own content strategy and output across social, YouTube, Onnit.com, email/CRM, Amazon and retail. You will lead a lean in‑house team, shape the visual and verbal identity, and drive rapid, high‑volume production with a creator bench.

You’ll build a recognizable Onnit look, develop playbooks, and optimize distribution through real‑time performance analysis. Remote role with preference for LA, NY or Austin.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in content, creative or brand storytelling, with leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio showing audience growth and content that moved metrics.
• Deep fluency in platform algorithms across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Experience building lean, in-house content functions.
• Hands-on craft: writing, directing, editing.
• Experience working with athletes, talent or creators and managing briefs.

Responsibilities

• Audit and own Onnit content strategy across social, YouTube, Onnit.com, email, Amazon, retail and packaging.
• Define the brand look and feel, playbook, tone of voice and on‑brand formats.
• Build a lean, high‑velocity in‑house content engine with freelancer bench.
• Engineer distribution with real‑time performance reads, weekly reviews and platform scorecards.
• Partner with athletes, ambassadors and creators to tell authentic stories.
• Turn community moments into recurring content formats and live moments into assets.
