Onnit, a health and wellness company based in Austin, TX, is seeking a leader to own ONNIT's innovation pipeline from ingredient discovery to launch. This role bridges R&D and Brand with scientific and commercial fluency, and leads a 12-18 month roadmap for new categories and formats.

Key responsibilities include prioritizing ingredients and tracking emerging clinical research, driving concepts to launch with ownership of COGS, margin, and timeline targets, and co-leading go-to-market with Brand
