United Therapeutics Corporation is seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Compliance - Operations to lead compliance systems, governance, and data reporting. You will drive scalable operational solutions for a modern Corporate Compliance program and partner across IT, Finance, Legal, and business units to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, information systems or related field with 12+ years in life sciences.
• Master's Degree with 10+ years in life sciences.
• 7+ years leading compliance systems and governance, requirements, testing/UAT, implementation.
• 7+ years data governance and operational reporting/analytics (dashboards, KPIs).
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with risk and complexity.
• Ability to work with IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to drive system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of compliance systems, workflows, and governance.
• Provide leadership for data governance across compliance-owned systems and datasets.
• Lead third-party risk management program development for healthcare compliance risk.
• Influence decisions and align priorities across functions to advance initiatives.
