United Therapeutics Corporation is seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Compliance - Operations to lead compliance systems, governance, and reporting enablement. You will shape scalable operational solutions across HCP engagement, external funding, and fair market value while addressing regulatory challenges.

You will drive data governance, dashboards, and analytics, partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, life sciences, healthcare, information systems with 12+ years in life sciences
• Master’s Degree with 10+ years in life sciences
• 7+ years leading compliance systems and process governance
• 7+ years data governance and operational reporting/analytics (dashboards, KPIs, data quality)
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience leading highly complex initiatives with significant risk and complexity
• Ability to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of compliance systems, workflows and governance structures
• Provide leadership for data governance across compliance-owned systems and datasets
• Develop and maintain a third-party risk management program for healthcare compliance
• Collaborate across functions to influence decisions and drive high-impact operational improvements
