Qualifications

• 12+ years of life sciences compliance experience.
• 7+ years leading compliance systems and process governance.
• Strong data governance and operational reporting experience.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Systems Leadership and Governance: design and optimize compliance systems and governance.
• Data Strategy: lead governance of compliance datasets and dashboards.
• Third-Party Risk Program Development: build and maintain risk program for healthcare compliance.
• Enterprise Partnership: influence decisions and align priorities across the organization.
• Travel up to 20% and collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders.
