Job summary

United Therapeutics Corporation invites applications for Associate Director, Corporate Compliance - Operations. This role leads the design, governance and reporting enablement of compliance systems to scale a modern Corporate Compliance program.

Key responsibilities include expanding data governance, third‑party risk management, and enterprise partnerships while partnering with IT, Finance, Legal and business leaders to drive secure, compliant operations and executive decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, life sciences or related field with 12+ years in life sciences
• Master’s degree with 10+ years in life sciences
• 7+ years leading compliance systems, governance and UAT
• 7+ years data governance and operational reporting/analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of compliance systems and workflows across key processes
• Establish data quality standards, metadata and reporting for dashboards and extracts
• Develop and maintain third‑party risk management and vendor lifecycle controls
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal and business leads to drive adoption of system enhancements and executive reporting
