Job summary

United Therapeutics Corporation is seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Compliance - Operations to lead the design and governance of compliance systems and data workflows. You will drive third‑party risk programs and enable robust reporting and analytics across the enterprise.

The role demands strong cross‑functional influence, executive‑level communication, and a focus on scalable, sustainable controls. Remote US work with preference for RTP, NC, and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant life sciences or healthcare experience.
• 7+ years leading compliance systems and process governance.
• 7+ years data governance and operational reporting/analytics.
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and lead complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of compliance systems, workflows, and governance structures supporting operational processes such as HCP engagement, external funding, and fair market value.
• Provide leadership for data governance across compliance-owned systems and datasets, establishing quality standards and definitions.
• Lead third-party risk management program development including risk-based intake, due diligence, onboarding, renewal, and termination processes.
• Collaborate across functions to drive adoption and timely delivery of system and process enhancements; communicate with senior leaders.
