Job summary

United Therapeutics Corporation seeks an Associate Director, Corporate Compliance - Operations to lead compliance systems and governance. This role drives data quality, dashboards, and reporting enablement across regulatory programs.

You will partner with IT, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to implement scalable solutions for HCP engagement, external funding, fair market value, and third‑party risk management, while guiding cross‑functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 10+ years in life sciences regulatory/compliance
• 7+ years leading compliance systems, governance, and UAT/implementation
• 7+ years data governance and operational reporting/analytics
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with risk
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytics/work management tools

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of compliance systems and workflows
• Oversee data governance standards across compliance datasets
• Drive third‑party risk program development and vendor lifecycle controls
• Partner across IT, Finance, Legal and business units to drive adoption of system enhancements
• Provide executive-ready analyses and dashboards to support oversight
• Ensure compliant, sustainable operating procedures and release readiness
