United Therapeutics Corporation seeks an Associate Director, Corporate Compliance - Operations to lead compliance systems, governance, and reporting; build data standards, and guide cross‑functional initiatives. You will partner across IT, Legal, Finance, and the business to drive scalable solutions and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years life sciences industry experience, or Master’s with 10+ years.
• 7+ years leading compliance systems, governance, requirements definition, testing/UAT, implementation and continuous improvement.
• 7+ years of experience with data governance and operational reporting/analytics (e.g., dashboards, KPIs, data quality).
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading highly complex initiatives with significant risk and cross‑functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of compliance systems and workflows across key processes (HCP engagement, external funding, fair market value).
• Provide data governance leadership to improve data quality, definitions, and reporting capabilities across compliance datasets.
• Build and maintain a third‑party risk management program with intake, due diligence, governance, onboarding, renewal, and termination processes.
• Influence across functions to align priorities and drive high‑impact operational improvements in the compliance program.
