Job summary

mSupply seeks a strategic Senior Director, Commercial Operations to scale Sales Operations and Enablement across HVAC, Appliance, and Plumbing. You will lead senior managers to drive analytics, CRM adoption, and measurable sales performance.

You’ll partner with IT, Finance, HR and pricing to align goals, develop leaders, and deploy enablement programs that improve execution, forecasting, and profitability. Remote work available nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in Sales/Commercial Operations or Revenue roles.
• Proven track record leading managers/directors and building high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytics, reporting, forecasting, CRM, and enablement expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 senior managers across Sales Operations and Sales Enablement.
• Set strategy, priorities, and operating rhythm aligned with commercial goals.
• Own sales metrics, dashboards, forecasting, and territory planning.
• Drive CRM adoption, automation, and AI to boost productivity.
• Lead training programs and partner with HR and IT on enhancements.
